When completing our commercial projects, Custom Seal and Flex are our primary suppliers. With their PVC membranes, we are able to complete jobs with material that is tear, impact and puncture resistent. While installing their material, the flexibility allows for structural movement with no splits or cracks. The PVC membrane system is available in multiple colours, and is backed by a full warranty.

For commercial buildings, we also apply Premium Roof Coatings. Premium Coatings was developed to address reoccuring problems involved with conventional membrane systems. The Premium Liquid Rubber is a membrane system that provides significant cost savings, and is environmetnally friendly, non-toxic and odourless.
